About Me

Right, so:

I'm a Nashville-born, Oxford-educated, and Portland-based social media and digital marketing nerd. I make a science of the arts, and an art of the sciences — if you want to know how SEO or analytics are like a poem, or how good content and advertising funnels are like mathematical proofs, I'm your girl. (Plus, I'll catch your typos.)

My highlight reel: Under my care, Instagram platforms doubled with no budget, influencer networks quadrupled in size and diversified demographically, Twitter engagement was twice the industry average, overall platform growth hit 37% over the previous year, and my brand's accounts outperformed competitors by >50%

My skills: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Business/Ads Manager, Facebook & Amazon digital marketing certified, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Youtube, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop), Canva, HTML & CSS, SEO/SEM optimization, Google Analytics & Adwords certified, Wordpress, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, brand voice and style guide development, and knowing when a list is getting long-winded

My education: BA Hons. (Oxon.) in English Language & Literature, MA Publishing Media (Communications) — highest possible honors in each

(I use she/they pronouns, and it's pronounced YESH-win-ah; my friends call me Yash which rhymes with "dash")
